Every lead in your weekly package is unique to your slot. We track every lead delivered and never send the same property to two subscribers in the same zone.
Your territory is locked the moment your subscription activates. No other agent can claim your zone while you are an active subscriber.

Slots are allocated strictly in order of subscription. If you are reading this, the zone you want is still open. It may not be tomorrow.
Zone changes are available once per 90-day period. Contact us and we will reassign your slot to an available zone at no extra charge, subject to availability.
Yes. Team leaders and brokerages often subscribe to multiple zones. Each zone requires a separate subscription at the applicable plan level.
Your zone lock is released 30 days after cancellation, giving you a window to reactivate. After 30 days, the slot becomes available to other subscribers.
Each week's leads are divided into separate batches before delivery. Pro subscribers in the same zone receive non-overlapping batches from a shared pool. We track every lead by property address to ensure zero duplication.
New listings that appear mid-week are held for the following Monday's delivery. Your zone exclusivity means you will always be the first — and only — subscriber to receive that lead.
Slots are claimed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your zone is taken, it is gone until that subscriber cancels.
