These are conversation frameworks, not scripts to read verbatim. Internalize the structure, then speak naturally. The [PAUSE] markers are the most important part — silence is what gets sellers to open up. Always have your Estate Leads package open when you call so you can reference the specific motivation factor, BC Assessment value, and days on market for that property.

Follow this sequence for every lead in your Estate Leads package. Consistency is the difference between a 2% and a 15% conversion rate.
Review each lead's motivation factor and icebreaker before making any calls.
Use the Email Scripts page — copy, personalize with the specific hook, send.
Use the Cold Call Opener for the appropriate lead type. If no answer, leave Voicemail #1.
Immediately after leaving voicemail, send the Post-Voicemail Text template.
If no callback, try again. If no answer, leave Voicemail #2 (the 'last call' version).
Send the Follow-Up Text After No Response. After this, move to monthly check-in cadence.
