Step 02

Deep Enrichment

Each raw lead is enriched with BC Assessment data (estimated value vs. listing price), owner background research, mailing address cross-check for absentee ownership, days on market tracking, and price cut history. We identify the single strongest motivation factor for each lead.

Step 03

Icebreaker Writing

A professional, personalized opening line is written for every lead — tailored to the specific motivation factor. Whether it's a 20-year ownership, a third price cut, or an out-of-province owner, the icebreaker gives you a genuine, non-generic reason to call.

Step 04

Monday Delivery

Your enriched lead package arrives in your inbox every Monday morning as a formatted Excel file and CSV. Import directly into Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, LionDesk, or any CRM. The week's best leads are flagged and sorted by motivation score.
