The information was voluntarily made public by those individuals on platforms such as Kijiji, ForSaleByOwner.ca, and PropertyGuys.com. Users of our service are responsible for handling this third-party information in compliance with CASL, PIPEDA, and BC's PIPA when using it to contact property owners.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and purchase information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Lead package files are delivered to you and are not stored on our servers beyond the delivery date. You are responsible for storing and securing your lead packages after delivery.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
